SERVER LOG FILES
When you visit our website, technically necessary data is processed, including in particular your IP address, time of access, pages or files accessed, browser type, operating system and referrer URL.
This processing is carried out to ensure the secure and reliable operation of our website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes and provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
COOKIES AND CONSENT
Our website uses technically necessary storage technologies as well as, subject to your consent, technologies for analytics purposes.
Analytics and tracking technologies are only used after you have given your prior consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act).
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future via the privacy settings available on our website.

The retention period for user and event data is determined by the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics property.

CONTACT FORM / TALLY
We use Tally for our contact form, provided by:

When you use our contact form, the information you enter is processed via Tally and transmitted to us. This may include, in particular, your name, email address, company, telephone number and the content of your enquiry.
The data is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Tally processes form data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your enquiry and provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format and object to certain processing activities.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.
